Living Your Calling (in Service to Our Planet)

POSTPONED UNTIL
FURTHER NOTICE

Kimberly Carlisle and Casey

Kimberly Carlisle and Casey

If you have a purpose or calling to create change in this world, and you work every day to create that change, we invite you to join this eight-month conversation. It is time. Planet Earth needs us. This work requires commitment, devotion, and fortitude without ego, but from service. And yet to balance this effort, we must also live a life of joy.

Led by Olympian and Flag Ranch Chief Steward Kimberly Carlisle and our multifaceted herd, many of whom were high performers themselves, we will explore together the inspiration, practices and support needed to hone our focus, open our creativity and sustain our energy.  For this program, we ask for a commitment to the full series.

Kimberly is a “retired racehorse” who co-founded Flag Ranch with Flag, a Standardbred horse. In their youth, Kimberly represented Stanford University and the USA in many national and international swimming competitions while Flag won 110 of 121 races on Northern California harness tracks. They were together 21 years. He inspires her everyday to devote her time, talent and resources on behalf of all species and Mother Earth.

(Session will likely be held somewhere in the cooler climes of the Bay area)

FEE $1250 (50% deposit to hold your space; balance due on or before first session) GROUP SIZE MINIMUM 6; MAXIMUM 12

Flag Ranch is located in the beautiful rolling grasslands of Calaveras County, approximately 2 hours east of San Francisco and 90 minutes south of Sacramento. No riding is involved and no horse experience is necessary.

Your place in our Experiences will be confirmed when your payment is received in full. Fees are fully refundable if we are notified 14 days or more in advance. Once confirmed, you will receive additional information including directions to the ranch.

Spring and fall weather can be variable, ranging from 70 degrees and breezy to 90 degrees and warm. Dress in layers, wear close-toed shoes and bring a hat and sunscreen.

Please bring your own lunch. To foster safety, awareness and the reduction of harm for animals, we are a plant-based sanctuary. We invite you to consider the benefits (to yourself, the animals and the planet) of a plant-based lunch. If you feel you need animal proteins, we ask you to consider how the animal is raised and purchase products from those farms and ranches that care for them healthily and thoughtfully.
